Delivery & Return Policy

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days from the date of booking. Orders placed during weekends or on public holidays will be dispatched on the next business day.

Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once your order is placed. Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package directly on the carrier’s website.

We accept returns for products purchased exclusively at www.ayushplusstore.com if they are damaged, defective, expired, or shipped in error. To initiate a return request, please email photos of the damaged/incorrect product within the specified timeframe.

If you wish to return products from your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving them at ayushplusblr@gmail.com. Returns will not be accepted if the product has been used or if the seal is broken. We will evaluate returned products upon receipt to verify claims.

If an order cannot be delivered on the first attempt due to an incorrect or incomplete address, recipient unavailability, premises being closed, or refusal to accept, the customer will be charged for the transaction. No refunds will be issued for such items, and an additional delivery charge will apply for re-shipping.

Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Ayush Plus Store! We offer refunds and/or exchanges within the first 7 days of your purchase. The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer a refund and/or exchange.

If you made an online payment, we will process the refund to the original payment method (debit/credit card, bank, wallet, etc.) within 7 working days, subject to acceptance by our refund team (criteria must be met).
